Mr. Savicki has over 35 years in the telecommunications industry. Experience covers areas such as satellite, microwave L.O.S. and fiber optic communications network engineering. A broad range of responsibility including, digital communications, FDM/FM, fiber DWDM/SONET engineering and management of technical projects is part of his direct work experience. The design and implementation of complex networks was completed for companies such as MCI, GTE, STS as well as military communications systems.

As co-founder of ATNS, projects included consulting efforts for a statewide telecommunications network for the State of Vermont (performed for Neartel), and various consulting efforts for Servsat involving satellite communications systems for Internet connectivity and broadband communications.

Prior to ATNS, Mr. Savicki served as Sr. Director of Engineering for Velocita. In this capacity, he was responsible for working with engineering personnel to plan and implement a nationwide fiber optic DWDM/SONET communications system and help marketing/sales develop specifications and proposals to present to perspective customers. Additional activities involved developing statement of work documents, vendor liaisons, and evaluation of new products considered for use in the Velocita network.

Prior to joining Velocita, Mr. Savicki was president of Network Systems and Services, Inc., a communications-consulting firm providing engineering and program management services to system integrators and service providers. The company provided project engineering, proposal support, systems analysis, and program management to a variety of clients.

Mr. Savicki was Executive VP, responsible for systems engineering, project engineering and operations for SDS, Inc. Responsibilities included, network engineering, design of complex networks, proposal generation, and planning and implementing satellite communications networks for domestic and international customers.

In addition to the above, Mr. Savicki has worked in firms such as Private Satellite Network (video distribution), STS (satellite systems provider), RCA Global Communications (now GE Americom) and the U.S. Air Force.

Mr. Savicki attended Hofstra University and NYCC specializing in mathematics and communications technologies.
